Mother’s Day Breakfast

Mother’s Day is just around the corner and what is more special than making her a homemade breakfast. We have put together our favourite recipe ideas to make for your mum using our low calorie and low sugar Vanilla Bean Frozen Yoghurt to create the ultimate healthy and delicious breakfast!

Mum’s Waffles -

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ½ cups warm milk

  • ⅓ cup butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Twisted Vanilla Bean Frozen Yoghurt

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Maple syrup

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl

Lightly whisk eggs and mix together the remaining wet ingredients then add to dry ingredients.

Pour into waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy

Top with Twisted Vanilla Bean Frozen Yoghurt, berries and maple syrup


Mum’s Breakfast Parfait -

  • Twisted Vanilla Bean Frozen Yoghurt

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberry jam

Add a scoop of Frozen Yoghurt to the bottom of the glass and drizzle strawberry jam on top

Top with granola and berries

Repeat steps until the glass is full
