Low Calorie Sundae Heaven

A Sundae is one of those favourite old school desserts that the whole family will love. The best part is deciding what’s going in the mix. Here is our low sugar, low calorie option:

Ingredients -

Vanilla frozen yoghurt

Crushed nuts

Caramel topping

Chocolate chips ( we recommend: Noshu sugar free choc chips)

Method -

Add a few scoops of Vanilla frozen yoghurt in a sundae glass

Top with nuts, caramel, and choc chips

Serve
