“Just as we were considering shutting the business down, the lady at my kids’ school’s canteen asked me if I would sell her some frozen yoghurt cups so she could on sell them to the school children,” said Spies. “I dropped off a carton and they sold like hot cakes. I dropped off more the next day and they sold like hotcakes again. She said to me, ‘You need to go out to every school canteen in Australia and sell your product’….
